Jesus warned that when He returns in judgment, “many” will call Him “Lord,” and say that they have “prophesied, cast out devils, and done many wonderful things” in His, Jesus’, name. To which He will reply that, He “never knew” them (Matthew 7:22-23). Which Jesus is it then, that these “many” false Christians are doing works in the name of, and calling “lord,” if not the authentic Jesus of the Bible?
